Cyclist magazine Issue 109
What a year it’s been, and issue 109 is here to prove it. We’ve got the inside track from Dave Brailsford on Team Ineos’ new style of racin; Alex Doswett on the Hour record (and then contracting Covid), and a behind the scenes account of how Tadej Pogačar won the Tour by his team’s tactical mastermind, Allan Peiper. But never content to merely hear about other people’s exploits, we’ve managed to escape to the Dolomites for our own Big Ride, taken on the fourth day in our John o’Groats to Land’s End challenge, plus climbed with trolls in Norway’s fjords. And not content to do those things in any old kit, issue 109 also comes ram-packed with the newest bike from Factor, our top four endurance bikes of all time plus the bike we think might just be the blueprint of the future. Oh, and there’s even a New Year’s training plan to make you fitter and faster, and an ingenious way to make use of those leftover sprouts. Happy New Year!
